My practice centres around lens-based work, but photography is not its limit.
I stitch attention into images. I weave in elements like textiles and natural clay pigments - materials drawn from land and body - making layered tactility that echoes the places and lives they come from. This surpasses the photograph. It excavates what is present but can not yet be fully seen.
The image isn’t the endpoint. It’s the loading bay for stories.
