My studio feeds these collaborations where images and art are made with, not about.
Across assignments in twelve African countries, and during years spent in New York, I’ve used photography as a means of amplifying voices and letting stories grow in their own good time from seed to flower - themes of social justice, environmental resilience, and grassroots development. This work is grounded in long-term engagement that puts context and accountability first.
"She (Pippa) has an eye for both fine detail and the big picture of a scene and in that sense has an understanding of the elements that make up good documentary storytelling as well as ethical practice in terms of compassionate engagement with people of all walks of life."
